Production Next.js + GraphQL platform with active users. I shipped the Give a Gift flow, full UI rebrand, and Chatbot integration. Added Mixpanel event tracking, Sentry error logging, and wrote Cypress E2E tests covering critical checkout and onboarding paths.

Full-stack golf scoring platform with GHIN/USGA handicap API integration. Django REST backend consumed by Next.js frontend and a mobile app. Implemented Celery + Redis for async score calculations and notifications, keeping the main API non-blocking under load.

An AI support agent that reads a customer ticket, searches a knowledge base, and either drafts a grounded reply or escalates to a human when the docs don't cover it. Combines RAG with agentic decision-making so it never invents answers.
